This year Geoff Dyer & Associates has been very busy, recording a profitable return for a year of hard work, and has relocated offices and utilised a number of new contracting personnel to provide a flexible workforce as necessary to suit varying client needs.

Our engineering design capability has been enhanced with the use of some new computer software including:

• M.S. Tower for telecommunication tower design (licensed to client - David Hanman Engineering of Thailand)
• Cadre Pro 4 Finite Element Analysis software (FEA)
• Microstran V8 incorporating Virtual Reality "walk through"

Blue Circle Southern Cement - Galong Lime Plant

Mill No.4 Building mechanical, structural and civil design, drafting and shop detailing of building to house Mill, Surge Hopper, Dust Collector, Cyclone, Fans, Drag Conveyor and Bucket Elevator. Special aspects have included computer modeling using the latest Microstran 8 analysis and design software, and dynamic analysis of foundation for 70 tonne mill.

• 59m 4 legged Lattice Tower in Brunei
• Tender bid for 152m tower in Pakistan
